HI, I'M TRACY!

Hey babe, let me tell you a little bit of my story. When I hit that milestone 40, I found myself at a crossroads. On the surface, life looked pretty good—a loving marriage, amazing daughters, cozy home, fulfilling work, supportive faith community, and soulful friendships. But deep down, there was a whisper of dissatisfaction, a feeling that something precious inside me was fading away.

That's when I stumbled upon a powerful coaching conversation that completely changed the landscape of my life (literally! I moved to Bali). That conversation inspired the creation of faith framed coaching tools, courses, and a coaching business.

I am passionate about helping women like you bridge the gap between who you are right now and who God created you to be. That's why Darlene and I created Coach Aligned. Together we share principles, practices, and practical steps to rediscover clarity and embrace your God ordained, authentic self. Steps to honour your values, align with your divine purpose, and walk confidently into your ideal future.

I'm a credentialed Pastor, registered Social Worker, have completed a Masters in Counselling, with over 30 years of experience in churches and community work. I'm also a certified Life and Leadership Coach. Currently, I serve as a Mental Health Practitioner in a clinical setting.

HOWDY, I'M DARLENE!

With 35 years in ministry, my heart is all about bringing Jesus’ presence to life in the local church and beyond. But let me be real—when I met Tracy, I was in the middle of a serious season of burnout. Years of people-pleasing and carrying the weight of others' problems had taken their toll. I had always been the go-getter, the social butterfly… until I wasn’t. Suddenly, I found myself completely overwhelmed—hiding out in my garden bathtub just to escape.

Then along came Tracy— the friend who reminded me how to breathe again. Through Coach Aligned programs and practices I found clarity, healing, and the courage to lean into what truly mattered. Before long, the “go-getter” in me was back—but this time, with fresh vision and purpose.

That’s why I do what I do today. I love helping women, church teams, and pastors navigate leadership, wellness, and stress management—because I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the noise of expectations.

I’m the co-founding pastor of Shoreline Church in Destin, Florida, alongside my husband, Eric. We both grew up on the water—sailing, swimming, and (of course) causing a little mischief. Adventure is in our DNA, as is cherishing time with our amazing kids and grandkids.

I thrive on deep conversations, meaningful connections, and creating spaces where people can truly grow. Whether through coaching, leadership training, or just real talk over coffee, my passion is helping others step into the fullness of their God-given purpose.

Oh, and I wear a lot of hats—literally and figuratively (hello, neurodivergent ADHDer here). I’m also an entrepreneur, charter boat captain, and a credentialed Advanced Christian Life Coach through the IBCC.

OUR STORY

Bali is woven into our story—not just as a beautiful island, but as a place of transformation, deep connection, and divine alignment.

For Tracy, Bali became home over a decade ago when her family moved there for what was meant to be a one-year adventure… but turned into three life-changing years. It’s where she created the faith-framed coaching programs you find here. But more importantly, where she reconnected with her true self.

For Darlene, Bali is just as significant. Her daughter, Michaela, has spent much of her life there, growing into the incredible woman she is today. And, in a beautiful twist of fate, it was Michaela who first introduced us. (Okay, full disclosure—Tracy may have lightly stalked Darlene before she finally came around!)

Since then, our friendship has flourished—rooted in faith, purpose, and a shared passion for empowering people to fully step into who they are called to be.

What started as a simple introduction turned into something far greater—a calling to help others embrace their God-given purpose. Through Coach Aligned, we create spaces for real, authentic conversations about life, leadership, and faith, equipping people with the tools they need to thrive.

Here’s the thing: we don’t have big platforms or loud voices—we’re just two everyday women who said yes to God’s call. We’ve chosen to lean into our gifts, our purpose, and all He has for us in this season.

So that’s us—women just like you, taking bold steps to live aligned with our calling. And we’re just getting started.

Doing the 'Live Aligned' course was a game changer for me! It helped me to articulate my values and goals and has allowed me to curate a life that is fulfilling and purposeful.
